ELUVAY

a curated morning of
movement and wellness.

presented by Sydney Belina & Fit Girl Club

Thirty people. A rooftop above West Hollywood. A Sunday designed in detail.

I wanted to create a morning that was more than an event, the kind of Sunday you'd choose for yourself if you had the time, the people, and the place to do it well. Eluvay’s debut is the reason we're gathering, but the morning itself is the gift. Movement, stillness, and the company of people who all said yes to the same thing.

The Morning of

❋ Debut of Eluvay

A new format by Sydney Belina. High-energy, low-impact, and built on barre, Pilates, mat work, and pure joy. Designed to make you sweat, sculpt, and leave feeling lit up. ELUVAY isn't built for a season. It's built for the rest of your life.

After you move, the room shifts. A sound bath is what lets the body catch up with itself, slowing the nervous system, settling what the workout stirred, and creating the kind of stillness that's rare to find on your own. It's the second half of the practice.

❋ Sound bath by Amy Argyle

Gua sha is one of the oldest practices in self-care. After the body has worked and the mind has settled, Wildling's team will guide a short workshop on the technique leaving you with a tool, a ritual, and the kind of glow that lasts past Sunday.

❋ Gua Sha Workshop by Wildling

The morning doesn't end when the practice does. You'll have time to wander with a drink in hand, a look at a new Electric & Rose collection, a book signing with Jen Pastiloff, and spirit card readings by Elena Cohen. A chance to meet the people you sat next to, and stay as long as you want.

Meet Your Instructors

Sydney Belina

Movement format creator. Lead trainer on FitOn. Twenty years on camera, at events and in front of rooms. I built Flight, Labor of Love, and now ELUVAY. Joyful formats designed for the way you actually want to move, for the rest of your life.

Amy Argyle

Amy Argyle leads breathwork and retreats for some of LA's most discerning wellness spaces, from Joshua Tree to Bali. Her sessions are grounded, restorative, and unmistakably hers.

Wildling Gua Sha Workshop

Wildling brings their cult-favorite gua sha ritual to the mat, teaching you to sculpt, depuff and restore from the outside in. The perfect complement to the movement and breathwork you just experienced.

“I believe movement isn't a goal. It's a practice. Not a season. Not transformation. A way of being in your body that you carry with you. Sustainable, joyful and entirely your own.”
