Hi soon to be Mama’s, I'm Sydney Belina, a pre and postnatal certified trainer with over 13 years of experience. Labor of Love is the realization of a dream born from my own journey. Two years ago, I confronted my own fears about pregnancy, which deepened my understanding of the challenges many women face, and fueled my desire to create a program that supports navigating this special phase with strength and confidence.
Labor of Love spans week 6 to week 40 of my own pregnancy, so as you grow, I grow with you. Each week covers two fresh workouts—one focused on strength or barre, and the other on yoga and flexibility. Say "bah-bye" to old pregnancy norms; here we're all about being strong and mobile for delivery and postpartum healing.
